Briefly, this procedure is what I follow in my classroom:

• Students who demonstrate appropriate behavior will earn greater freedoms and priviledges.
• Students who choose to continually misbehave:
  • 1^st occurence - Warning (with clear expectations of appropriate behaviors and consequences
  • 2^nd occurence - Loss of one priviledge (seating, recess).
  • 3^rd occurrence - Loss of all freedoms (and parent notification).
  • Severe disruption - Suspension (Includes disruption of instruction, harming self, others or school property).

I strongly urge you to review and discuss hallway, classroom, playground and bus expectations with your child.
